Volunteers
SCRPT volunteers distribute home-delivered meals to homebound clients on a predetermined route in Hunt County. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and delivering meals, checking off meal sheet as route is completed.
- Report any abnormalities noted to the site aide at the local center or main office
- Complete paperwork daily and turn in to main office.
- Complete and turn in a monthly volunteer time sheet.
Volunteers must have a valid drivers license and must have the physical ability to load meals and jump in and out of delivery vehicle.

One day advance notice is required. Reservations may be made by calling 903-454-1444 during office hours, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Forms
Procedure for Complaints
All complaints should be submitted to the Operations Manager within one business day so the complaint may be investigated promptly. All complaints are received on a complaint form and placed inside a complaint log book kept inside the Operations Managers Office.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint(s) directed towards S.C.R.P.T. employees, volunteers, subcontractors, or properties owned or leased by S.C.R.P.T., that come to the attention of an S.C.R.P.T. employee, should be described on an S.C.R.P.T. complaint form and submitted to the Executive Director or person designated to act for the director within one business day so the complaint may be investigated promptly. (7-1-15) For DADS clients SCRPT will add to the Consent and Service Information “The Individual and, or Legal Authorized Representative (LAR) were informed, orally and in writing how to report complaints and allegations of Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation”. TAC Rule 49.309 and TAC Rule 49.310.
